Ingredients
Cake:
3 cups flour, all purpose is good to use
½ cup butter, unsalted and melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, large
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 ½ cups of milk
Accompaniement:
1 cup butter, unsalted and melted
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
3 teaspoons of cinnamon
Icing:
2 to 3 tablespoons of milk
1 cup icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350*
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray
In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the cake and pour it in a smooth layer into the pan
Mix the ingredients for the filling
Pour over top of cake batter
Use a knife to swirl the filling into the cake batter
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Remove the cake from the oven and set aside
In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the glaze and mix until smooth
Pour over the still warm cake
Let the icing set a moment before serving
